How do I make ID cards for a whole school or company at once?
Upload an Excel roster and a ZIP of photos. Each photo is matched to its member by ID, duplicates and missing photos are flagged before printing, and the whole batch renders in one pass — typically a few minutes for 300 people.
What file formats can I download?
Print-ready PDFs — either one card per page or a crop-marked A4 imposition grid for bulk printing — plus a ZIP of individual high-resolution PNG files.

Print quality and card size
What resolution are the printed ID cards?
About 800 DPI — 2688 by 1696 pixels on a standard CR80 card — so text, logos and QR codes stay sharp when professionally printed or magnified.
What size are the ID cards, and can I change the dimensions?
The default is CR80, 85.6 by 54 mm, the size of a bank card. Administrators can also pick CR100 or A7 badge presets, or enter custom millimetre dimensions in portrait or landscape.
Can the ID cards be scanned and verified later?
Yes. Every card can carry a QR code holding the holder’s details. Any phone camera can read it, and the built-in scanner checks it against your records for gate entry, exams and audits.
Pricing and security
Is there a free ID card generator I can try without paying?
Yes. Signing in with Google creates a workspace with 10 free ID cards. No card details are required and the exports carry no watermark.
How much does it cost to generate ID cards in India?
The first 10 cards are free. Basic is ₹999 one-time for 300 cards, about ₹3.33 per card. Pro is ₹2,999 one-time for 1,000 cards, about ₹2.99 per card, and includes all 50 templates and custom card sizes. Both plans are one-time purchases, not auto-renewing subscriptions, and a GST tax invoice is emailed automatically.
Is my roster data secure?
Yes. The site runs over HTTPS, sign-in uses Google OAuth with JWT sessions, each organisation’s data is isolated from every other tenant, and the API is rate limited against brute-force attempts.
